Al graduated from Brock University with degrees in Visual Arts and Education. His work has been exhibited in many shows in Canada, the United States and Europe. He teaches privately in his studio as well as a Faculty member at Haliburton School of Art and Design. Al began his art career as a painter and mixed media artist but the switch to Fiber has proved to be his favourite medium.
