In both my mosaic and ceramic work I am about variety and embracing the diverse opportunities which that provides. 

In my pottery I use a range of clay varying from cool white translucent porcelain to the warmth of brown earthenware and corresponding finishes for each.  I  hope my hand built pieces show the joy I have for my decorating and embellishment process….sketching or incorporating wood, wire, leather and handmade beads for a unique touch. 

My mosaics range from realism to abstract taking inspiration from my surroundings. I am always on the lookout for photo opportunities or either finding, collecting or creating items to incorporate into my pieces.
